    Questions or Issues

    The #questions-or-issues forum exists for Community Champions to raise any questions or issues they have.

    We ask to please make a thread for any question/issue raised! It makes the channel much more organised easier to read through. When trying to find issues we don't want to dig through 200+ chat messages.

    Raising a question/issue

    To raise a question/issue please follow the format:

    Thread Name: [Product] Small description
    Example: [Pages] Internal error during init

    Then include as much info as possible in your message :)

    Good info to include

    Include as much info as possible about the question/issue along with any relevant message links. Including a good summary is super helpful so we don't dig through a big chat log!

    There may also be some product specific info which is great for the teams to dig right into the logs/data. Please check this and provide it!

    Escalations

    Not every Cloudflare product team is in the Discord (some don't want to collect feedback from our server). So, if you see something broken or see a user report an issue that doesn't have a Discord channel, then please refer to Cloudflare Community instead of #questions-or-issues.

    Here are teams that want Cloudflare Community for reports on their products:

    • Teams (Access + Gateway)
    • WARP
    • 1.1.1.1
    • DNS
    • WAF

    Product Specific

    Pages The pages.dev of the project or the deployment ID (UUID) is super helpful and means we can get right to what we need!
